Elchin Nadirov was born in 1963.

He graduated from Baku State University’s Law faculty.

During the period between 1995 and 1997 he worked as a member of Azerbaijan Republic Board of Attorneys.

From 1997 till 2006 Elchin Nadirov worked in the Ministry of Trade, later in the Ministry of State Property and then as the director of law department in the Ministry of Economic Development.

E.Nadirov took an active part in formulating various legal acts, in regulation of economical relations of Azerbaijan, including regulation of import and export procedures and in the joining process of Azerbaijan Republic to the World Trade Organization. He also took part in the preparation process of the new passports for the citizens of Azerbaijan.

Together with other experienced professionals, E. Nadirov took part in the 2nd stage of building the legal base for privatization of state property. While on civil service E.Nadirov participated in preparation and carrying out important governmental events, visited foreign countries as a member of different commissions in economic sphere. E.Nadirov was also leading different work groups and took part in designing the final contracts as results of international negotiations.
