In accordance with the corresponding decree of the president of the Republic of Azerbaijan the following activities related to the licensed activity: - In accordance with the state standards engineer-research works of buildings and installation in the level of I-II amenability; - In accordance with the state standards license of buildings and installation in the level of I-II amenability At the same time, the state bodies issuing the license to the activities mentioned by this decree has been defined and the amount of the state taxes has been certified. Depending on the activity the amount of the state tax is 1100-3300. Except, the additional terms requested for the issuance of the license to the above-mentioned activities has been certified, by the decision of the Ministry of Cabinet of the Republic of Azerbaijan. At the same time, in accordance with the state standards, the lists of the buildings and installations in the level of I, II and III amenability has been certified by the corresponding decision of the Ministry of Cabinet of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
