In accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan each person getting the income in the form of the wages, salary and dividend is obliged to repay the indemnification in defined rule and in amount. One type of the obliged repayment is social –insurance. Despite from the tax, the income of the social-insurance are repayment not to the state budget, but to the Fund of State Defence that is aside of the budget.
