Not depending on the type of the activity, all owners are connected with the land in their activity in one or other circumstances. İt is impossible to imagine the ownership activity of the farmers taking their activity in the area of agriuculture or legal and physical persons being engaged with the industry and trade, constructing the building and plant without land area. Nevertheless the rule of the turnover of the ground area are different, depending on the property form, settled territory and the place of registration of the owners. The land may be in the state property, private and municipal in the Republic of Azerbaijan. The type of property is one of the factors influencing the pecularities of pravitization( direct sale and sale on the base of the competition). At the same time the method applied for the determination of the sales price and lease fee depend on the appointment of the land use. So the price of the agriculture appointed ground area is determined according to the point of the bonitet and the price of the other- agriculture appointed ground area is determined depending on the place of settlement .
