Food industry form the great part of the harvests that used daily at the consumption. The harvests are necessary for keeping the live activity and healthy of the people in optimal situation. That`s way great majority of the legal and physical persons taking their activity at the special sector are occupied with the manufacture, purchase, packing, transportation, buying –sealing, import and export. At the same time, taking into consideration of the necessity of the food industry in the life of the people, its importance of insurance of the food –stuff safety of the country, the management of the quality of this harvests by state, legal base of formation of the manufacture and markets has been determined. Basic normative legal act in this area is considered to be the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “ About food harvests”. The law determine the kind of the activity in the area of the food industry and requests in the directions of its quality and security. At the same time the kinds of the registration and assuming rights, that is necessary for implementation of the activity in the area of food industry is affirmed by the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “About food industry”. The authority of the state organizations and the frame of their authority in the area of state supervision and food stuff has been determined by the decree signed by the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan for execution of the same Law. The decision was accepted by the Ministry of Cabinet of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the directions of formation of mechanism of executions of the Law. The decision determines the rule of getting of the right of achievement documents, lists of the documents that is presented while obtaining it, state organizations and officials that is requested, carrying out activity in the area of food stuff. At the same time by the help of these decisions determining for the food –stuff, forms and procedure for implementation of state control to the quality and security of the same products are regulated.
