Transition to the market economy from the planned economy restored it, making easy the costs (tariff)of manufactured goes, displayed services and carried work. The price of the agreement are already determined not by the prices (tariff) affirmed by the state, but by the agreement of the parties. Nevertheless, in some areas the price (tariff) of the goods ( works and services) are regulated by the state. Conventionally the prices (tariff) are divided into two groups: state duty and regulated prices (tariff). State duty is an obligatory indemnifications paid to the state budged for the legal act and services by state bodies to the establishment, organization and physical persons in the case and rules determined by suitable law. Regulated prices (tariffs) are prices determined by the state competent authorities. The natural monopoly, state monopoly and the prices applied to the good of the monopolist, at the same time other products that the costs related to the state regulation with the acts of legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan are related to this prices.
