According to the article 11 of the Law \"About enterprise activity \"of the Azerbaijan Republic some kinds of enterprise activity in the Azerbaijan Republic are carried out on the basis of the special permission (license) and the list of these activities, and also the order of delivery of the special permission (license) is0established0by0the0President0of0the0Azerbaijan0Republic. Up to 2002 quantity of licensed kinds of enterprise activity reached up to 80. Also, the order of delivery of the special permission (license) for each kind of enterprise activity was adjusted by separate normative-legal acts. For the purpose of reduction of quantity of licensed kinds of enterprise activity, extent the validity period of the license, improvement of the order of licensing by the Decree of the President of the Azerbaijan Republic from September, 2nd of 2002 year “Regulation of delivery of the special permission (license) for some kinds0of0enterprise0activity”0have0been0affirmed. This regulation establishes the order of delivery of the special permission (license), term of their action, the form of the control over observance of requirements and conditions of the special permission (license), and also cases of suspension and cancellation of the special permission (license). By the decree of the President of the Azerbaijan Republic from September, 2nd of 2002 also \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\" the List of kinds of the enterprise activity which is carried out on the basis of the special permission (license) and the sizes of a State Tax, paid for receiving licenses \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\", and also \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\" the List of kinds of the enterprise activity, the special permission (licenses) which are given by the executive agencies of the Nakhichivan0Autonomous0Republic0have0been0approved. At the moment the quantity of kinds of enterprise activity reaches 57. Executive Agencies of the Nakhichivan Autonomous Republic give licenses for 16 kinds of enterprise0activity.
