Personal project of ”Legal service via internet”
Personal
project “Legal service via internet” is implemented
by “HES” law firm in order to answer operatively all
the questions on legal issues sent to the company over
internet, based on contracts signed between company
and individuals and legal entities (hereinafter referred
to as Customers).
Correspondence provides the Customer to find quick solutions
to his associate’s legal issues and find answers to
any questions in the shortest period of time.
This service eliminates waste of time, decreases official
correspondence and makes it possible to find solutions
to any legal issues in the shortest period of time.
Project of “Legal service via internet” which is implemented
by legal and consulting services provider “HES” law
firm, makes answers possible to the questions which
are sent to e-mail of the employers and can be answered
according to legislation and provides confidentiality
of correspondence.
Customer can apply to “HES” law firm with questions
in any time of the day via internet and find answers
to his questions in the shortest period of time.
There is an exception of 3 days’ delay for answers Customer’s
questions if any research, opinion of a specialist,
determination of any legislative act which are not on
power currently, but needed for the Customer and other
legislative acts of central executive powers is needed
for the Customer and other legislative acts of central
executive powers is needed and in other necessary cases.
The questions and answers to those questions can be
made in Azerbaijani or Russian and English. Legislative
acts attached to answers, extractions from and parts
of legislative acts are mostly sent in Azerbaijani.
As official translations of legislative acts in other
foreign languages are not published, the law firm does
not bear any responsibility for problems occurring in
their application to practices and for mistakes in their
interpretation.
Change of electronic correspondence which is made between
the parties based on project doesn’t make official correspondence
an exception. So that, there are no obstacles for composing
official references (opinions) to the correspondence
with the Customer’s employees or Customer’s Director
via internet and for issuance of legislative norms (exceptions
from and parts of them) to Customers.
“Legal service via internet” is a guarantee for finding
operative answers to everyday legal questions of Customers
and for continuation of business (production) activity
without any interruption by getting quick answers for
any questions.
“HES” law firm guarantees accordance of the answers
over internet to legislation and provides the ability
to contact its employers at any time of the day for
getting appropriate to legislation answers.
In order provide operative answers to questions sent
via internet in nonworking days after working hours
(after 18.00), the Customer have to inform the employee
or the director of the company about this by calling
via mobile telephone.
Payment of fee for internet based legal service can
be determined as monthly base subscriber fee or by considering
the volume of works. A legal service contract is to
be signed about this and scope of services is to be
determined.
